"The legislation from Rep. Bobby Franklin, a Republican, would make all abortions, described as "prenatal murder," illegal based on the belief that all life begins at conception. The bill's definition of "prenatal murder" excludes miscarriages "so long as there is no human involvement whatsoever" in causing them. Anyone convicted would face the death penalty or life behind bars."

I get what he is saying, and ur stupid title misleads people. He is sayin, if u purposely have a miscarriage, then its punishabl...not if u have an accidental one....

For someone who is neutral on the topic it makes sene to me

It didn't say "intentional" it said "any involvement whatsoever." This is a much, much broader statement.

It most likely won't pass, I get the feeling it is mostly making news this year (over the other years he has brought it up) due a couple other states trying to pass bills somewhat similar (in one case, when it made news it got dropped. The other the person proposing it clarified the law that it only applied to domestic violence cases)
