I just saw this on Facebook today. It's very touching. I hope she wins her case. I'm glad the ACLU is actually doing something worthwhile right now.

Yeah, I read about this. This case is one of the reasons why Obama chose to stop defending DOMA, if I recall correctly.

I've seen the ACLU take some cases that didn't make sense in the past. Been a while, but I have seen them.

I know they've taken a few controversial and unpopular cases, but they are always fighting for the same thing: freedom of speech, freedom of and from religion, etc. They've done, and continue to do, a lot of good.

The meh means i dont care and i dont find it touching any more then i find the families love for each other 5 streets down touching.
