Im not going to post any snippets because we all know there is no shortage of them. Im just curious as to where people stand on this one. Having to hear this shit everyday due to living here gets old because its the same people with the same remarks.

Personally i dont think she killed her. I think she knows exactly what happened but did not physically do anything toward the death. I also think the father has known since day 1.

Now as far as a guilty verdict i dont see a single reason a guilty verdict should come back. Legally they have no proof of anything other then the girl is dead.

Umm, I feel like we will never truely know. This case is just so fucked up and all that every think the offense has doesn't seem to have any good ground.

I don't think we will ever know what really happened. I don't think she killed her but I am convinced that she must have known about it. Of course, this is just speculation as I, nor anyone else, have a clue what the fuck really happened.

Probably one of the most televised court cases/incidents of the past 10 years, or more. It's some woman who [alledgedly] killed her daughter and covered it up etc etc.

The case made all the headlines though because Casey failed to mention anything about a missing kid for 30 days and nonchalantly went about her life.

What kind of hole do you live in that you haven't heard of this case? Its being compaired to the OJ trial.

In a nut shell.

Girl dies questionablely in 2008. Mother parties for a month until the grandmother demands to see her grandchild. Mother says kid was kidnapped by the nanny one week prior. Grandmother reports it to the police. Search ensues nation wide. Body found in a garbage bag with duct tape over mouth and nose area. No substancial evidence pointing to anyone about anything regarding how the girl died.

Now its been on every newspaper and tv station that i can think of because its been in court the last 45 days i believe. Closing arguements were yesterday and this morning. Her lawyer Bies or however its spelled is a moron for taking this as his first big case and shes an even bigger moron for keeping him. From what i heard she hired him on the word of people in the jail she's at. Let me know when that one makes sense to anyone one here.
