I'm hardly a fan of ICP and less so of Juggalos, but they hardly ever have struck me as a gang. Struck me as stupid quite a bit (and yes not all of them are, but it seems there are quite a few people calling themselves Juggalos and looking like idiots at the same time imo), but never some organized group looking for murder and mayhem. I love the picture they give as an example:

Anyone agree with the FBI, or are they just being really stupid (maybe they found a muslim or two in there and remembered FBI training =P)

If the information in the quotes you posted is accurate then yeah i would have to agree. At the same time i have to take into consideration that even the fbi going by your quotes doesnt seem to concerned.

ICP is a completely strange, and deranged group and their following mimics the same mental deficiencies.

Those gatherings are a great place to round up the most ridiculous of the white trash.
