while on that note, EA's craptastic origin store charged me twice for Karkland Expansion, but delievered neither (origin store via web browser and origin program both say i do not own it) and the described methods EA's posted for how to download if store claims you do not own it. Then they go on saying oh sorrry, our stuffs broken. How typical... they ensured the transaction system was functional, but clearly did not even bother with content delivery.

For the past two night's ive been trying to get a hold of a EA support agent to either refund me for one of the two transactions, or give me another Karkland key. But of course their "support line goes to a message saying no agents available try again later" and their stupid online chat just keeps saying random approximated wait times between 5 and 15 minutes, for the past 6 hours i've been in line waiting.

So i disputed in paypal

(Anyone have any secret method for getting ahold of an EA support agent?)
