I don't what the hell most schools and restaurant type places use, but to me it often feels worse then printer paper. Oddly, I remember Downtown Vegas having some decent shit. But most places (hotels are bad about it to imo) seems to be god awful.

Scotts 1 ply all day everyday, LOVE IT! Fold it in half to get 2 ply and on and on.

Yeah, some of that stuff feels like a brown paper bag against your hands, so I don't want to know what it feels like against my ass.
