And asks if I'd like to RE-START steam, and steam never comes back on. It wouldn't be so bad if it said, would you like to shut steam off, no it says restart steam, and it never actually restarts. So, in the mean time while steams being an ass I miss out on a l4d lobby...damnit steam! If you're gunna say restart, than actually restart...asshole...

It's just because Steam hates you. However, it loves me.
