everything hurts
got in a fight with my mom yesterday so i took off walking walked about 3 miles maybe more combined with thick socks and bad shoes and a corn my feet were killing me legs gettng sore and stiff so from last night to this morning i can barely move fuckin gas prices making me walk

03-19-12, 11:46 PM #9I used to be near 270 lbs about 4 years ago, but I had some serious health concerns that made me change my lifestyle. Even though my weight is down below 180 now, I did some serious damage to a lot of my body. I am likely going to require meds for the rest,of my life, and the recovery process has been brutal. Being heavy did some damage to my back as well. Last MRI looked better, but the damage done to my back often creates pain so bad that I cant fully use my legs. In a day or two I feel normal again.
Start taking better care of yourself man. Things will only get worse for you if you dont.

Just out of curiosity, What kind of foods did u change up in ur diet to bring ur weight back down that low? I hover around 184, but in highschool (being only like 3years ago) i was 170 and looked Great, Not that i hate being 180 but i kno i could stand to lose a few more pounds and ive tried everything from cutting soda/beer/engery drinks out of my diet replacing with water and iced tea, but i cant seem to find the right combination to help me burn the last few pounds i want away any ideas?
