i'm not trying though and i'm still a fat bastard i know like 2-3 years ago i was at 426 at a time then they wieghd me at the ER back in januray and belive they said 317 but still its constat by complete strangers cashiers and passers by it gets annoying

Ya, im trying to loose weight but not doing a good job. Im doing alot better watching how much I eat and what I eat but im having a hard time exercising really often, going about 2x a week doing an hour on treadmill and a bit of weight lifting. If you dont mind me asking how long did it take you to loose all that weight?
