    Hot tub question

Not sure if this would be the right forum and if it's not by all means switch it to the right one, but I'm looking for a pseudo hot tub genius. I have a 1991 sundance cameo hot tub. I have reason to believe my control panel board is shot, and I'm looking to replace it with a retrofit kit. Any experts out there who might be able to help answer some questions to get me to the right kit? Basic info - 2 speed pump (only one - not 2 pumps), 2 speed blower, and light. 2" piping is what I have also. I've seen ozone?? as one of the outputs of some of the kits --not sure it that applies to my hot tub or not. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Single two speed pump, little blower and light 2" pipe....

Ah the ridiculous word play possible with that...

But yeah I was not expecting a DIY thread either.

You guys must be a lot younger than I am.....I didn't think that was a sexually charged question at all LOL. But the 2" pipe does remain valid for the hottub or me.

6600-211, Sundance Spas 800 Series Control Panel, 1 Pump 91-93.
theres no details on it, other than 1 pump, year, and model.

That looks good.....$430 is very comparable to the new Balboa systems I've seen, and it is sundance.

If your temp control still works just replace with manual air switches for blower and pump. I was a pool and spa tech way back in the 80's lol . You may have low voltage electric system , I'd need pics to really be of any help srry.

Temp control doesn't work, it goes right to an error message FLO. That indicates no flow through the heater, and after 3 to 5 minutes it goes to the "----" watchdog error - which shuts down the spa completely to prevent damage. I could change components on the main control board like you said, but it's cheaper and easier to replace the entire innards and start with all new components. I just need to know which kit works for what I have. I don't want any extra stuff which I don't need, but I need everything my tub needs to make everything work right.
