Indeed, certainly an egg hatched with a bird containing a mutated gene that creates a defect in the eggs it layed that contributed to the evolution of the chicken. Yet some how scientists can't consider that for some reason. The condition were right for matter to collapse into a single point and explode out to form a chicken.
