SEC rules: 'Bama, LSU 1-2 in Top 25

It was only a matter of time Alabama and LSU are 1 and 2 in the AP Top 25 poll - College Football News | FOX Sports on MSN

I'm really not seeing how LSU is number 2 based on the games they played so far. I think it's still based on the preseason forecast. Stanford looks tuff, lets see how they handle The Ducks later on.

No doubt it looks like Bama is the team to beat. We will see come November 3rd when Bama takes on LSU @ LSU

Everyone else in the SEC looks bad. In fact, no conference looks good. Its basically Bama, LSU, Oregon, and maybe USCw. Still lots of football left to be played, though.

Stanford's D looked good last night, but a lot of that was because USC's O line was not doing well. I have complete faith in Oregon to handle USC and Stanford.
