    I see your problem. People like that can be a bitch to deal with. First thing i can say if you haven't started is document everything she does wrong and i mean everything. Times, dates, what it was and eye witnesses if possible. I would have to agree her doing the schedule and time sheets as the steward is a conflict.

    The boss may not do anything because of her position as steward. Your best bet is to go above her in the union if your not looking to ruffle feathers in the company. You could talk to your boss and see what his position is on her conduct but i would do that after you have documentation. What is going to have to be taken into account is did your boss tell her to do those items. If he didn't give her the permission to do them then seniority rules on the job and her position as steward does not give her job seniority.

    What it sounds like you have going on is a self hating power hungry fat bitch working there. Now if you want to have fun with her and your boss didn't ask her specifically to do those items inform her your senior on the job and will be taking over the responsibility. With your boss being out sick you do have the prime opportunity to take your issue over his head without the requirement of going to him first.


    Of course you could always throw a snickers out the back door and kick her ass behind the building. Just remember let her eat the candy bar first or you could lose a finger.

    See, I never was able to control my emotions. It shows when I'm pissed or not. And I went through therapy to try to control my emotions but with not alot of success "unfortunately". When someone plays in my ground and wants to fuck with me, I become numb.... and then I become aggressive. I don't always have the control and I need help to have this type of control, I don't know what to do. I need help. Had therapy, ok, but my emotions of hearing a lot of employees that have been bullied by her and me, my emotions becomes very aggressive.... no I would not be violent with her in our work environment but outside "inside myself" I would fucking beat the shit out of her until there's no tomorrow.

    I'm not like that as a person but it gets to me now.

    What to do? Grievance or not.....

    I have no clue if my "sick leave female boss" asked her to do these tasks. But I documented alot of things and talking with a friend of mine that is very intelligent and is a project manager and knows the law very well, she is willing to help me document what I have and she says I have a major case and she is pushing me on doing a grievance (which I never did and afraid). I even had a conversation with the female boss that is replacing my boss right now and she is under the impression that this "bitch" always did our schedules and I fiercely told her NO, that it's our "team leader" manager that does the scheduling and that that "bitch" doesn't do it in her "Supervisor aka same position of me" chore. The replacement boss was a little surprised of what I said and told me she was going to inform herself about this to a higher boss.

    The thing is, THEY LET HER DO EVERYTHING BECAUSE THE COMPANY DON'T GIVE A SHIT ABOUT US ANYMORE AND WE ARE ABOUT TO CLOSE OUR DOORS!!

    What to do? Do I fight or do I just leave this shit and get a job (for my well-being aka health) and to give up my "supposed" severance package that I earn so well or do I stand for myself and all the people behind me and fight.

    Emotions are a tough thing. They run high in my family and how i ended up so detached i really dont know. A lot of years of anger and then one day i just quit giving a shit. The best advice i can give you is treat business like business. Its not suppose to be personal.

    In other words keep everything you have to say on a business level. Your far from the only one that has issues keeping the two separate. Plan out as much as you can prior to any conflict or discussions to be made. Raising your voice will only kick in emotions harder from you and the other person so avoid it at all costs. If they start to raise theirs remind them its a professional discussion and to treat it as such.

    The best out come you can have is you keeping your cool and her losing hers in front of other people. Once you've had your discussion or at least said what you have to say and heard enough from her walk away. Sticking around to get into a pissing match will do no good.

    You can have emotions but try to check them while having the discussion. I've known plenty of females that could do that then go outside and cry do due to anger. Whats important is the moment not what comes after.

    I've always considered myself lucky in this department because i have 0 issues firing people and sometimes looked forward to it. Shit i even have a dent in the drive side fender of my truck from a guy i fired for someone else.

    After reading your last post put in a grievance. Your untouchable to her while that is being done. If the place is closing its doors soon she wont be able to touch you at all. Retribution firing will do nothing but add fuel to the fire under her ass.

    I love you sooo much as a friend giving me this advise. I will practice to keep my cool "which all of you know that I don't LOL" and I understand very clearly on what you said and it helps ALOT !!!!

    Thank you again for mentoring and helping me because I really needed it.

    But.... I'm afraid of doing a grievance... "I still am a weak non confident real life person".... You all are now seeing another part of me... =*(

    Hair color is irrelevant. An example from my office: I work in IT. In my office, we have two ladies and eight guys. One of the two girls is amazing at her job. She is very quiet but friendly and works her ass off and just gets the job done. The other one is completely useless. She had almost no experience at her job when she was hired and only got the gig through blatant nepotism. Then instead of just playing it cool, she comes in and starts trying to make everything her business and she has to have help for even the simplest tasks. All of which results in her having zero respect from anyone in our office.
    Both have dark hair. One is well respected and taken seriously, one is not. If the useless one had light hair, she would still be useless and not respected.
