Re: letter writing help
General spelling and Grammar changes.
Capitalize all cases of "I" when refering to yourself. Capitalize the first letter of each sentence. Capitalize the first letter of each persons name (First and last).
Should write more like ths (Including Guyvers suggestion).
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am Adan and Viola Atencios's(?) Landlord. Adan and Viola have lived on the family estate for over ten years. They reside in house number 530 and do not pay rent but pay their own utilities, which is in the name of the former business because the property is zoned as commercial. They have always paid(?) their utilities on time and in full, and have maintained the house and property for as long as they have been residing in it. If you have any further questions you can contact me at XXX-XXXX anytime after 5pm.
(Insert farewell here)
Probably need to add more to it, but I don't what needs to go in a letter like this.

Re: letter writing help
You need an interface between the computer (digital) network and the telephone (analogue) network. That's what the modem did.
In a technical sense, this is trivial to do. I'm sure there are services that allow you to send them an email and have them fax it out. It would also be easy to make such a service that works via a web page; you'd paste your text into a web page, add the telephone #, and click "send fax". Use your favourite search engine to find them.
There may be free ones. I'd guess those will be ad-supported.
If you have an shipping or office supply store nearby, they will most likely have a fax service. Kinkos, Staples, Fed-Ex, something like that. If sending a two page fax costs more than 50 cents, I'd be surprised.
If you know someone who owns or works at a local business, they may have a fax machine they'd let you use.
Good luck,
AetheLove

Re: letter writing help
I disagree with just about everyones input here. If you want into a low income community i think the more spelling and grammatical errors the better off you are. Give them a reason to understand why you need the help. In other words just be yourself.

Re: letter writing help
I don't like that part. Need some better wording then "do not pay rent".
As in "do not pay rent because (______). They pay their own utilities such as Hydro $70.00, Water $25.00 and (something else) for a total of $ (?) in full and on time every month.
They have maintained the house and property for as long as they have been residing in it. They are (good people ?) and I never had any problems and ( ? ) with them.
If you have any further questions, do not hesitate to contact me at XXX-XXXX anytime after 5pm.
(Salutation)
@God: It's the landlord that's "making a letter" not moving target, so the letter should be readable. xox =)Last edited by Coyote Warlady; 11-13-12 at 12:48 AM.
