It isn't that shocking they are going to become shootouts, the rules have started going that way. Especially after they decided touching receivers past 5 yards is a bad thing. I miss the old physical corners (the one that always sticks in my mind for some reason is Ty Law).

Surprised by the trend because I've heard it mentioned a couple times this feeling that Offensive minded guys are thought to be less about er..team. Not sure how true that is or isn't. Though I wouldn't mind seeing, nothing against the guys, most of the offensive guys fail. Especially if the Cardinals end up with Horton, so hopefully he can do better =p.

I think in the NFL your QB has to be at least an average passer first. If you can run in addition to throwing that is great, but if you can only run you won't last long.

Ah. I have faith in the rest of the staff. From what I understand, most of the current staff will remain in place, with our current OC likely to be the next head coach.

ok so lets talk about the giant elephant in the room....has anyone heard any details of what the contract offer is, or even if there is one yet?

Have not seen any numbers yet.

In other head coaching vacancies, the Bears have named Marc Trestman their head coach.

I hate when coaches say they aren't going to a team then they do.

His first move should to be to trade Foles for Kolb, Kolb seems a better fit for whatever system he'll probably try.....

You can keep Kolb in Arizona. If I had to wager where he'd end up... it'd be in Kansas City with Andy Reid. Foles would likely be fine in a Chip Kelly run offense. If he's really an X's and O's genius... he'll mold his offense around the players he has.

I wonder if the NCAA investigations has made a change of heart? Is it the poor recruiting class that made a change of heart? We all seen what happend to his offense when they went up against NFL size and speed.(Stanford, LSU, Auburn)

He will have Vick as his QB, he wins 7 or 8 games first year, then 2 bad seasons and bolts back to college.

Also, for all of the people that wonder why guys like Saban are asked almost daily if they plan to leave this is exactly why. Saban pulled the same thing, or at least similar, on both LSU and the Dolphins. Fool me once...
