Im being nice by tearing out there ceramic floor and installing this cheap ass travertine they bought for free. Yet my phone is getting blown up because i haven't finished the bathroom. Never mind the fact that the slab was jacked up and i've put 55 lbs of feather finish concrete down and it still needs work. Its not like im any different then any other installer when it comes to how long it takes for shit to dry. I mean seriously if im giving you over 4 grand in free labor the least you can do is buy some fucking pepsi for while im there and leave me the fuck alone when im not there. Jesus your kitchen, laundry room, and 1.5 hallways are installed and sealed. Its not like there aren't 2 more bathrooms in the damn house. I can already see im going to be heading over there just so i can be left alone.

That's why I don't work on friends' computers any more. They think they are entitled to your help for free. And if anything at ALL goes wrong it's suddenly your fault.

The exact reason i stopped working on other peoples cars. I got tired of being blamed for the window motor burning out because i replaced the starter. Now i just give answers on why something "might" be happening.

This is so true it's ridiculous. If I'm working on your computer, you're paying me. It makes people much less likely to call later and bitch about something they know isn't related to the original problem.

If it's a laptop issue, 99% of the time the problem can be solved by telling them to clean out the fans with some canned air.
