Not a big MG fan. Not a HUGE vette fan either but it has 50k miles on it... which is 80k less than my 350Z. And it's FAST.

The thing is for me you can see vette's and z's on every other street corner but not a v8 mg. and I'll add this just in case you're interested.

exclusivity is a big thing for me too. But I can live with being a little common for a vette. It was one of the big things that made me get the Z. I don't see those around here much at all. I think there's 3 in close proximity to me that I see semi-regularly. Other than that, mine is pretty unique. And I still get "zomg love your car" from people with the Z. But it leaves something to be desired in the power department.

If you're not a Vette fan, why get one? Vettes are piss poor in build quality, and have been for long time, your Nissan is built better. The mileage on the Vette that will go up too, unless you plan on never driving it.

Buddy of mine bought a Mach 1 from them. They don't maintain the vehicles they get there very well. Every seal in that thing was bad. Drove it back and he wanted to play a bit (I had a twin turbo stealth at the time) and he floored it. That cleveland motor had nothing. They didn't have much to begin with but when we got home and parked it, I think every fluid in it was leaking on the garage floor.

I wouldn't have a Cleveland overrated piece of crap. Or a Mach 1 for that matter.

You could always go retro.
