No obvious bends, everything is welded in place, yet here is a switch that is no longer able to reach the pedal, and a pedal that doesn't have the movement is suppose to have.

GM Problems... I run into more wacky shit on my Chevy trucks than I care to think about. I'm amazed that you could get the pedals out rather easy, and more amazed that you could buy them new! Then again, the truck I got pedals for last time is an 86. Lots of NLA stuff for it.

also on the subject of cars n shit my damn heater wont stop working even if its off temp is turned to cold vents switched to dashboard truck still heats like an oven especially when im driving 80mph home i know im missing the serpentine belt that runs the A/C (cause the guys at jiffy lube told me) but are the 2 tied together some how ?

AC belt shouldn't relate, just means you wont have AC. As other said, it sounds like blend doors. I'm not sure what you're driving, but I will say that on a number of rigs vacuum blend doors are common. So if the vacuum hose to the system is broken then the blend doors wont do anything. Again, I work on mostly older stuff, so this is just a thought. You may also have a broken cable or end causing the controls to not move the blend door. So many options.

Nothing easy about it but they came out. Once i got the new set i could see the bend in the old clutch pedal. Put the new one in then went to replace the clutch master. Bend a punch and a allen tool trying to get the roll pin out. Now im waiting on a new hydraulic line for the clutch. Once i have that im gonna smoke the back tires so i can go buy a new set. I've been trying to find a nice fat set for the back but all i can find is drag radials. They grab good enough but if water looks at the road she starts spinning.

I hate the roll pin on that damn clutch line fitting. Total pile of crap design... I ended up putting a longer roll pin in so I could grab it with pliers.

Traded in my 2012 and got this 2014.
