so my endless problems i got my sis in law trying to be spiteful and threatening to take me to civil court over some money i owe her (860.00)

but i'm curious if she has a case we have no written agreement on payment or verbal with witness and its been 5 years

now im no deadbeat i was gonna start paying her now in sept cause i just finished today paying off a payday loan but if she wants to be a spiteful bitch she can wait even longer

also if i were to send her say a 5$ money order in the mail with payment in the memo would that screw up any case she might have?

If you pay her anything it can be an acknowledgment of the debt and the court would be able to order you to pay

ive been trying to catch up to pay it off but she started acting like a bitch and its not like she hasnt taken advantage of it for the last 5 years to having me play taxi hauling crap she bought from thrift stores and keeping it in my house like a fuckin storage having me file her taxes her childrens taxes and her son in laws dumping her tash delivering all of her ex husbands shit to him so its not like she hasnt been getting anything in return

and not like a child like one of her children who she can yell at and be little and bark orders

I agree a debts a debt. She has every right to be a bitch if you've owed her money that long. Suck it up and be a man about it. First apoligize then hand her some money and at the very least see if you can work some of the debt off.
