I like The Zep, but if it weren't for Plant and Page, you likely would never have heard of Bonham. He's for sure one of the greats, but I don't know if he could hold a candle to a Mike Portnoy or a Stuart Copeland (as underrated as he is talented), and most certainly couldn't stick (lol) with Peart. Bonham was a legend whom others built from, but there are a lot of GREAT drummers out there these days, partly because of what Bonham did. Bonham was great for his time, but that time is long gone.
For those who may not know Stuart Copeland......He was the talented one in The Police.
