well if you dont know she went to jail the first time stayed for 3 days left because of a tummy ack went to her house went back to court and now back to jail for 45 days.now i feel yea jail is a good thing but not 45 days.i think 30.she is more famous for the porno than anything else and some of the things she does is stupid.but if you had all that money dont you think it would get to your head.dont say no because if your born one way its hard to go another.

She had a DUI, was not suppose to be driving. SHe got caught then she got caught again. You would not think 45 days was harsh if she had killed someone out on the road. She should not be able to drive for 3 years now. She should do her time and she should not have any favors. I cant' stand the double standard. Protect the celebrity yet hose the no name.

She should be showering with the other criminals so she learns a valuable lesson that she isn't above the law.
