    6 books, 2500 pages, 7 days.

To all of you fans of Harry Potter, I issue a challenge: Read the first 6 books, front to back, between now and when the 7th one comes out. Update here occasionally, and we can see who can do it first, and who can succeed at all.

    So... Anybody in?

*goes off to start the first one*

That's not the challenge. Accept my challenge, or go make your own.

I just figured, it's a big event, and I'm sure we have some fans of the books, and thought some of TTP would join me in trying to buzz through way too many pages in way too few days.

Haha... yeah, I have the collection of bigass hardcover illustrated LotR books. I think they'd be a lot harder to speed-read than Harry Potter, though. Still, I accept your challenge, Ben! I haven't read any of them since they originally came out, so why not.

I'll read the Harry Potter books...

IF and only IF i get to go to the last page and last word of every book and read that instead.

Dude, I started that on Thursday. I'm like on the third chapter of Prisoner of Azkaban.
