Rage, after checking into the situation, seems to be that agent had Completely left the server and rejoined the server more than once too.......Not switch to spec and back to the team to collet $800..... So is this something personal between you and him or am I missing something here ?

Well that screenshot was taken after his quote, for one. Second, he was in a 4 v 1 situation guarding the bomb, so he was in fact helping his team. After he defended the bomb by killing the 4 t's he dropped it immidiately (the round hadnt even started over yet). Once one team awps, you completely give up your right to bag on someone who awps you back, reguardless of score, teams, map, etc.

well since disconnecting and reconnecting or joining specs to get $800 is accepted might as well nade spam and do some other exploits while u r at it so u can hide that pos neg score of yours...sad kid expected better

Amen Toker....and Flame no one said he cheated....just pointing out what this thread was STARTED for....Hypocrites. Oh ya and Rage started it so it makes it even worse IMO.

first off I know what u r saying pimp, but the situation called for it and i hadnt bought the awp in the first place and i wanted to win the round.

so commander this is the point, if someone joins spec and rejoins their team then they get the $800 as u know of. what he was doing was just a round bout way of doing this by disconnecting and reconnecting which gives u the same outcome and which technically is still an exploit. i dont care if u disconnect and reconnect after 2mins or 1min but when you do that shit repeatedly after every round you lost and in such intervals its kind of obvious what is going on. i dont have beef with agent, i even confronted him civily about this in game, but he had to be immature and disregard my questions by repeatedly saying "i went to turn on my hax" so i thought it should be brought to light publically.

oh dsposable i dont have to explain myself or apologize for winning a 4 v 1 by guarding the bomb so lets not start a flame war any other sane css player would have done the same.

Well, the team switching issue's reared its ugly head again I see....

Three day's of posts, with admins involved, mostly in an unprofessional maner, other than commander, makes me sick....but so does the cheapness in CS:S in general.

A little history...

Way back in the day TTP's start money was set at 1,500, as we all agreed that starting with pistols was a waste. We since changed that rule and amount back to the stock 800 because players really enjoyed the pistol rounds and because of the "cheap play" that you mention in joining spec and switching back to your side to grab a quick paycheck.

We don't condone this behavior, we don't think it's leet, we don't think it's called for and it's certainly not a thing a leader, a lead admin or lead reg should do.

If it was up to me, and I was in game, I'd certainly call out the other player for being a bitch, or a "spec swapping fag" or something to that extent....from player to player, I think it's a pretty weak gameplay style, and I'd speak out as some of how have been doing in this thread.

As admins, it's our responsibility to set the example, and switching to spec isn't a great example to set. We've never had a "rule" to punish for this behaviour, (players or admins) and we don't require one unless the switching is after every round, many players are doing it and it becomes disrupting to the gameplay. The point that this happens is up to the admin in control's discression. Otherwise this is to much of a grey area to enforce most of the time. Many times I've had to disconnect and reconnect because bigdog's mother just won't quiet down about me not spending enough time with her etc... and I have to connect and reconnect.

Admins will discuss any action to take in their respective forums.

This topic is a legit grevience, and I'd suggest everyone show a little more respect.

We'll be keeping an eye on this thread.
