Yeah i have been hoping they add a new infected or weapon or even different survivors as a suprize but something should have leaked by now. but like you said it's looking less and less likely

Hmm, survival mode can be duked out in versus mode? I take it from the way they presented the thing, with "Try and defend outside, we'll be climbing for higher ground etc".

At the end of the day any FREE updates like this is a good thing, it's not like Valve owe us anything. They could have done like a lot of developers and just stopped at the boxed product but instead will continue to update the game, mostly for free.

I know, it just grinds my gears when people bitch that they're taking too long to provide them with free stuff, or that the free stuff doesn't include what they want.

Yeah, plus if you think about it, the game has been out less than 6 months. that isnt a lot time to create and perfect new zombies or weapons, especially with half life 3, HL2 ep 3 and other projects on the way.

lets face it this DLC is only the beginning .
valve is one of the few games company that continues to support and enhance its game just take team fortress2 for example.
i spent £19 on this game at launch and i am still playing it now and more so when the new content arrives.
how many games can the complainers name the still "do the do" 4mnths on with the prospect of the game getting better still.

to all the moaners find another game to play!
