Some of these will come off as kind of gay, but the best are the ones I walked out of the movie and in my best Keanue Reeves as NEO impression "Woa" comes out of my mouth.

This year's got some great and not so great releases. What game were you waiting for only to find out it's utter s**t?

For me it was Fable 2. It was a disaster, really. Limited Editions shipping without the Code cards. I had one of those Limited Editions. But I said to myself "Alright, you can still enjoy this game".
Well, I started the game and found the voice acting horrible. As horrible as it was in Fable 1.

The game ran as sluggish as the first fable. Oh and the glitches, random crashes and that one town that wouldn't load at all.
Or the promised weight of consequences. Or the "YOUR DECISSIONS AFFECT THE WORLD AROUND YOU" would have been cool if it wouldn't have been so predictable...

Oh well, and 3 Weeks later I finally received my DLC code from M$. Needless to say that I sold the game by then.

Long story short, with all the glitches, I really can't see how this game received perfect ratings.

So, let's hear it.

I will bite on this topic - but the game I was dissapointed with was Warhammer Online.

Setting is great, lore is probably second to none, and it actually got me LIKING pvp/rvr (whatever you want to call it) in an MMORPG which was the idea.

I was just dissapointed with the lackluster character types and the associated character artwork. More variation was needed on just visuals for me. I personally like graphics - especially when it comes to your avatar. Shockingly enough, this killed off the game for me. It shouldn't, but it did. WoW has an amazing art department that does so much with it's low-end graphics. I would have hoped WAR would have done at least the same, but it didn't quite get there.
