It depends what suit you get. You can get just a radiation suit. Or you can get a hazmat suit. You can even get a radiation vest. You just have to pick what you think is more important. And you can wear them at the same time too. No one says you can go around wearing a gas mask, radiation vest, radiation suit, and a hazmat suite over top.
