What is your average ping in L4D?
I'm playing on my French server together with 5-6 friends who live in Sweden, and we all get around 110ms. Surprisingly though, I don't notice any lag at all - not like other games where if I had 110ms.

I am averaging around 110 also. Sometimes I get as low as 70, sometimes as high as 150. Doesn't seem to effect me either way. What's more of an issue is server lag, not latency.

Server lag you say? Hasn't happened for me at all. You must be playing on overloaded servers...
