Well with the one exception of the harrison TD, the Saints havent shown the number 1 problem they had last year...the DEEP ball....they are looking better than anticipated on defense.

And of course, seconds after I posted that, bam...a huge pass play..Same ole saints secondary still here I see. I felt they should have ran the ball more, with the way the colts had their D spread out...it woulda been a whole lot better.

For this season though, I'd keep my eye on San Diego. They are making a lot of changes and are proving to be the sleeper team for this year.

San Diego is solid this year, but it will be interesting to see how Norv Turner handles a gold mine of an inheritance that the Chargers are. I still say though, that to get to the Superbowl in the AFC you have to go through Indy and NE. No doubt about it they are the premier teams in the league, but the Chargers and Saints are making a name for themselves.

Oh, and NO looked like shit last night. Brees should have easily picked apart Indy's Cover 2 defense, but instead he made them all look like Pro Bowlers. I like NO this year, but not after last night. And Indy's defense did surprise me last night, but I just dont think they have what it takes to repeat this year.
