Pretty much every local YMCA or public pool that offers swim lessons also offers drown-proofing classes for infants as young as 6 months.
And yeah, if that kid is walking down stairs like that, even with the slight fall on the butt, he's at least a year-18 months old.
Amazing none the less.
If you have a pool, you owe it to your family to drown proof your kids.

Hell most children have the abilities to swim from birth, there body have a recall memory for the time of being in the wumb. As for the back float, thats something they have to learn. I never had a pool but now that i do, thats something my son is goin to have to learn.
