All I can say is that if global warming ever causes Ranger, Benandorf, and I to hot bunk in a Waterworld scenario then those guys better not leave their socks laying around. Otherwise some shit will go down. And Benandorf better leave his plastic king at home.
Maybe the Nobel guys have it right after all.

Socks? We're living on a boat, without potable water, and running out of food, and you're worried about socks?
I'm thinking more like the movie "Alive". Somebody's ass is getting eaten, and it won't be me... I'm too 'gamey'.

Ok ok.. so I was reading articles from y'all and about to spit out some science fact in the form of an essay citing journal articles; but I do not want to debate science on an open public forum.
But, as for the discussion at hand: I think Gore is trying to bring something I feel is very urgent and important to the public's attention. But, in the spirit of what a Nobel prize is for, I do not feel it is warranted. He gets my kudos, but I think the prize should go to a scientist.

He's a bitch, and doesn't deserve a peace prize.
Then again, neither does Arafat.
