Every time I hear the term "Carbon Neutral," I cringe.
Yes, global warming is evident, and may be a problem for us. Yes, even if we really have no effect on the planetary environment in the long run, it still makes sense to conserve.
But that falls under the realm of "Common fucking Sense," not nobel laurete stuff. When Gore manages to undermine an entire regime and promote human rights in a war-torn country, or even attempts to revolutionize banking by creating a new loan system in a 3rd world country that is so successful it is adopted in other places, THEN the fuck can get a medal.

thus proving that if you are famous enough and appear to care about something enough you will be the greatest ever, whether you actually do or not.
Not saying Al Gore is a bad guy, or the works he does aren't good, but that is about as stupid as the guy who nominated soccer for the nobel peace prize.

Well, global warming is a big issue. There is very good evidence that our climate is changing, it is getting warmer. Now the big question is are we causing it, or is it a natural climate shift that happens from time to time.
