New Speakers

Heres the pictures.... Sorry for the hold up I left the camera at my church and then our janitor (Brian who is a really cool guy) gave it to our receptionist and now I have it!

So to start off with here are the old speakers........

These hung in a center cluster.....

Then we had these on scaffolding on either side of the stage (The stacks at least) and we had x2 the amount you see in the picture.

Now to accompany the new speakers we got a new set of BETA 58 wireless mics and countryman.

And our multi frequency antenna.... (Can handle up to 20 different microphone frequency's so each receiver doesn't have to have to have its own antenna)

I'm not a fan of yamaha boards, we use mackie

But looking at all the stuff you have, your church must be loaded!

Wowsers cop. That's alotta hardware. The log-periodic antenna is pretty nice. I worked sound at our church for a while. The corner of our sound desk had a stack of wireless mic receivers with attached antennas. It looked like Charlie Brown's Christmas tree - but it worked. How does the single log-periodic connect to the receivers? Is there a big splitter that feeds each receiver?

Theres actually 2 antennas one on either side of our tech booth. The antenna is connected to like a receiver panel and each receiver is limited to 4 actual mics. We have 2 recievers and were working on getting another one and 4 more mics.

Were really arn't that loaded but with 2500 members you do get a lot of tithing. Also our church believes that if we are going to preach to a moder world we have to keep up with what the modern world is doing (Videos, Contemporary music, loud music, casual dress, etc.)

Ok first off, this is to tell your stories and for me to rant, Im really quite annoyed.
Ok so Im playing the L4D2 Demo and the bots just pissed me off big time, Its expert, Its going well, Starting the gauntlet cresendo thingy, round the corner towards the ladder, and a Hunter pounces me, now the bots being bots, and them being un believably slow, are qute far behind, about one corner behind me, they Instead of doing the logical thing of shooting through the fence, attemt to run round and MELEE it off of me, Now I'm not sure if it was said that they were going to get improved for the sequel but even the previous bots did better.

Now, Any of you have really annoying bot moments?
(sorry if this belongs in the bad teamates thread, just guessed that ment online ^^)

I did play one game, Offline co-op with my sister, on Death Toll.

So we're at DT2 and we're at the very end, at the caboose. We got a tank, so he managed to kill Louis, my sister, and incap me. Zoey was walking over to me, to revive me, when she teleported back. She did the same thing, over and over again.

This sparked our hatred for Zoey's AI.

I hate the bots...today they ran a country mile to free me from a smoker when they could have shot him (why do you carry a sniper rifle again zoey?). When they finally make it over to me (about a whole life bar later) they run in circles under me like chickens with their heads cut off meleeing the air (I was a few feet off the ground just above their heads).

I was playing in easy, being dumb, and I decided I wanted to race a witch to the safe room. I got 96 health and I was on BH4 so i figured this shouldnt be too hard. I didnt know that bitch was so fast! She caught me pretty early and Lewis watched me die, then shot her to death, no more than a split second after I died.

I was playing on Dead Air one time and when we got outside to that little bridge b/t buildings a smoker pulls me off the ledge and the stupid bots went to me and kept meleeing the air, didn't even bother shooting the smoker in plain sight! Then, i dont even know how this happened but 2 of the bots slipped and are now hanging and the one bot helped both up, and ignored me til i died, then they shot the smoker..

Also one time on the NM campaign, i went up the ladder from the sewers when a smoker pulled me and im stuck there. The bots didn't even move and down still in the sewers. Stupid bots...
