Seriously, though, it's annoying, but I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say that we appreciate how much work you and bigdog put in to getting the servers up and running. It's definitely annoying as hell when people are being toolbags and it's beyond your control.

Even *with* all those problems and providers who have their proverbial heads up their literal asses, the servers are *still* climbing rank spots on gametracker.

yeah, i always get frustrated when i cant get into the forums. but you and BD are the last people I blame. I feel really sorry for the customer service person that BigDog calls to complain to. I bet there are lots of tears and wet underwear on the other end.

I can't even fucking imagine what SJT is going through. Once I tried to call for support on the ArmA server and was on hold for 30 minutes before I threw the phone and gave the fuck up. That was one itsy-bitsy issue on one server and I almost blew a gasket.

If I was in SJT shoes I probably would have caught fire by now.

My classmates call me Dr. Phil because my first name is Phil and I have an opinion on everything and usually won't shut up they say...but sadly I don't know what to say, customer service is always a bitch from my experience.

Sounds like SJT needs a vacation, or maybe we should all buy him and Bigdog something as I'm sure this is a real pain.
