Thread: people kill you

man i hate it when u r a sniper in bf2 and u kill someone and them a minute later they sneek up on u and knife u. that is the one thing i hate about sniping is people sneek up on you. when you hear footsteps or something wierd, get up and gun and shoot wildly back at where u just were.

Yup. You got em for a reason. Sniper teams (IRL) don't deploy them on random corners of a street, like in BF2. They are usually set up around 100 yards in the teams front or rear.

I hate how they made the claymores like proximity mines. I mean, wtf kinda claymore just blows up without trip wires or a remote detenation?!??!!

Once you have fired a shot and took an enemy out, they should know your position and is why you have to "Stick and Move"

Roger that JBMCW2010 and until the bf2ers step over to Project Reality, they are never going to advance on the Battlefields. They will stay at the skill level they are at, until they venture out.

Hmmm...

A real sniper's bullet will end you. Ever thought about taking an M95 to the chest... and living? Most snipers can hit once, but few can hit twice when the prey knows their being targeted in this game.

So yeah, BF2 leaves something to be desired in the realm of reality.

Plus... real claymore require YOU to either set up a trip wire, or blow the damn thing yourself. Which means of course... no shooting.

*Sigh* That's why if you want to play a sniper, go to PR. In BF2 they are worthless.

always switch your positions when you are a sniper, never stay in the same place if you can.....thats a good trick, and place claymores near entrances so you can see if people trip them etc.
