Thread: ....when your commanding and......

Your doing a good job, and squads are too. Your UAV and Scan are down so your spotting enemy like MAD.... then all of a sudden you hear "Commander WILL YOU SHUT THE FUCK UP" .... it was at that brief moment i wish i had admin powers.

I'm sorry to ANY of you that i may annoy with constantly spotting enemy.... but as far as i can tell, going the extra mile and spotting the hell out of unsuspecting enemy squads is what we do around here....

So, perhaps a view outside the box is needed here.... to keep me in check. What would you rather have... a commander that's quiet as a church mouse and relies solely on equipment for spotting, or on that spots every red dot he sees?

Seriously, there's really no such thing as too much intel. The more that your squads know about what's going on around the battlefield, the better all of them can do their jobs. If some morons don't realize that, it's their loss, and your response to them can be to take their "advice," turn it sideways, and... well, you get where I'm going with this.

Don't let it get to you. In fact... call their asses out openly over the channel so everyone knows what an asshat they are.

Thank you for the affirmations. I suppose i can be a bit overbearing at times with spotting like a mad fool, but i know that when I'm a squad leader, i know i cant have the UAV every time so a commander that spots is like a bonus!

Anyway, i have had some conversations with one of our regs that was in his squad and the guy appears to have been a little unstable to begin with, so i guess its water under the bridge.....

BUT if i have a problem with this Butt Monkey again, i will take CapNemos advice and aggressively invite him to join the forums and post his complaint...... Ooooooh that would just be too sweet!

It is my best guess that it was a fella named nikita386 (squad one) There were only two other squads... one was a lone wolf that i never heard from the other was lead by 13attle12ez (squad two), I'm not entirely sure which one it was, but i seemed be working fine with squad 2 throughout the round.....

Just call him SpecOpsSpot

Don't let a moron get to you Scott, I wish all commanders would learn how to spot out.
