Recommendations for tea?

I just started to get into the habbit of drinking various teas such as Chai Green Tea. I was wondering if i could get recommendations for other teas out there?

I like mandarin orange and peppermint

but peppermint gave me very violent dreams. I am talking waking up with my palms bleeding due to my nails digging in them from clenching my fists so tight.My brother had the same reaction to it. weird I know , but true

Also earl grey is always good and so is "sleepy time tea" and chamomile

All the above can be found at any decent grocery store.

For a warm and fuzzy feeling i recommend Shroom Tea!

while shroom tea was a nice change of pace, I usually go with the green teas. are you drinking the whole leaf or bags. shits expensive but you can get fresher stuff in the whole leaf variety... if you can find it

Thanks for the recommendations, ill see if i cant find the Mandarin Orange, Earl Grey, and the chamomile. From what your saying i think ill pass on that peppermint lol
What on earth is "sleepy time tea" do you drink it when your sleepy to ... what? Or is it just some kind of natural relaxant?

Ya i was in the local grocery store chain and spotted the tea isle, i tried out the Chai Green tea from a recommendation from a friend, but there where tons more and i was not sure which to try out XD.

sleepy time tea is just the name of it. some sort of blend i dunno but that is the name on the box and its got like 3 bears on it in pajamas.

IT s just to help you relax but it knocks me out cold in about 15 minutes after drinkign a cup

I like drinking tea after meals. I usually go for the whole leafs rather than the bags, you have to boil the water with the tea in it, then after boiling a while you strain it out. I dont go for flavored teas, instead I flavor the tea myself. If you can get your hands on fresh mint, drop one or two leafs in a cup. Also you can try throwing in a cinnamon stick (inch or two in length depending on serving) while boiling the water. Cardamom is also used to flavor regular tea, also boil it with the water. There's tons more, but those three are the most common. You can also try sweetening your tea with honey.
