Regular maps on Gun-Game Server

I have this great idea and thought i might share it with you guys. I suggest that on the Gun-Game server,we should be able to play on regular maps like office, dust2, cbble, piranesi,etc., etc. Please respond if you think this would be a good idea. :9

Personally, I love the gungame specific maps. I think the regular maps are a bit too large for gungame and would just extend the amount of time per map.

Gungame is all about quick, action-packed rounds.

Well, first of all, this should be in the CS:S forums.

Secondly, the GG server is down for now, and I'm not sure when they'll be putting it back up.

Thirdly, I believe we did try the regular maps on GG a while back but it just doesn't feel right since it's not the way those maps are meant to be played.

I personally like the gg only maps that we had on the server. They are different from your typical CS:S map and make you think and plan your attacks a little bit differently. Plus you don't have to worry about planting a bomb or rescuing hostages while also trying to get your next kill to advance to your next weapon.

Agree with Quick as well.

I just thought we should try that...I agree with both quick and keiron, but if anybody else might be willing to try this, i am also willing. Also if we could play regular maps on gg, we could also play the gg maps too

Hallo,
I'm looking for someone to help me get a couple of campaigns on Expert (xbox). I've already completed No Mercy and Death Toll, but I still need to do Dead Air and Blood Harvest. There is never anybody who wants to stay through the whole campaign!
Anyway, let me know if you want to help me

Well, you have the hardest ones. I'd try and help, preferably under the condition that we have one other person who has beaten all of the campaigns on expert.

I still need BH on Expert if you guys are giving it a go at some point in the near future. I've been playing a lot of Dragon Age recently though and haven't been on L4D for a while, so apologies in advance if we do get a game and I end up being crap! Good luck with the 'chievement hunting if I don't manage to catch up with you guys
