Re: We get a new** server...
Everybody calm down; It has been a rough spot lately caused by The Planet's choice to stop providing game hosting services but we are absolutely committed to getting it right, and know how you feel about missing out on your favorite games in all the Teamplay glory you have come to expect.
The 2142 server was moved 2 weeks or so ago as a test and has preformed many times better than it did on the old provider, the choice was made to move all the games over too the new provider and place them on 2 systems and the installs began.
COD4 was installed and was ready to go so there was no reason not to bring it live. Simple as that.
The source stuff (including CSSGG) is in process of being configured and tested and as soon as they are ready they will be made public and we will switch over.

Survival of the Dead
I just watched this on Xbox live, as it was pre-released for rental. I was unsure how it would fair considering how god awful I thought "Diary of the Dead" was. It just was a terribly written script that tried to be like cloverfield and could NOT do it. I also wasn't totally blown away by "Land of the Dead", thought it was way too hollywood.
I gotta say that this one captures more of the spirit of Dawn and Day. It's a bizarre story, lot's of zombie fighting, and weirdo characters. The dark comedy is back.
It's a lot of fun, I would recommend it to Zombie fans. Has anyone else watched it yet?I do it all for the fans.. and the pills.

Yeah, I managed to catch Survival when it premiered here in the UK last year. Not bad, but not brilliant either. If one is prepared to put their brain in a box and soak the mindless fun, there's a lot of enjoyment to be had. Unfortunately the hardcore Romero heads don't see it this way.
