Canadian of course we eat them. My grandmas goose soup is some goooooood stuff! They came back again this evening and me and my dad bagged about 15 a piece. We would have killed more but we didnt want to have to carry anymore of them heavy bastards back to the house lol.

lol i guess it ain't that bad...still, i don't think i could ever kill an animal :P i've never heard of eating geese either! taste like chicken? do you have to skin them and all that yourself?

Its hard to describe the way these things taste canadian, but if you like chicken or turkey, goose isn't far off in the broad sense. And yes, you have to clean them all yourself, and thats more work than hunting them. I am not a believer in the wanton killing of animals either, when I hunt or fish, I eat what I kill or give it to someone who will eat it. Except for wild pigs, frankly I could give a rats ass about those.
