5 of us are hanging off the sides of a littlebird, and we see a Chinese Ice Cream truck underneath us. One of us who has a SAW, starts to try to shoot up the truck after we say very clearly not to. So he shoots as the truck, allowing it to spot us. Ice cream truck shoots us out of the air as we were en route to capture PLA Main and win the round.

Keep in mind that the littlebird WAS moving and the gunner on the truck was protected by the sheild. It's difficult enough for SAW gunners to engage infantry while the bird is moving, let alone take out a vehicle. Common sense!

Damn impatient people that just want to pull some iTriggers.

God, that sounds even more annoying than people who get happy fingers while on the blackhawk's minigun, letting every enemy in every active PR server, plus Uncle Joe's Pet Monkey, know exactly where we are and where we're heading... for no better reason than they like the sound of the weapon.

I have killed wounded tanks with AA, and wounded choppers with a TOW.

It just puts a big red target on your position. Against the walkers, you have a better chance with either hiding and waiting for the armor to pass or to get under it and shoot the vents (1 bullet-1 pt of damage; 1 pilum or AV rocket round= 90 points of damage). As for success rates, well I've killed walkers with the pistol, the Baur, and the HMG this way.
Against tanks, find an engy or an engy's kit, or hop in a rorsche.
