I'm not familiar with what defines a fully auto assault rifle or what defines a fully auto machine pistol. Either way, if you need this kind of hardware to walk the dog, you should probably move...

Full auto would require special license in the US. There are several carbines of about the same size out there, this one just folds up into a non threatening package. I would rather have a conceal carry and pistol license personally.
