Thread: Mac's SUCK!!!

My beef with macs are the virus thing and the fact that they lump all PCs together on their commercials. Not all PCs use Windows, so some of their commercials are misleading. They get around being sued by using the general term PC instead of just saying Microsoft.

Linux doesnt have much virus activity, yet it can run on both PCs and Mac. Not the best OS for playing games on, but neither is Mac. The ipod, iphone, etc peripherals are an effort by Apple to get us used to buying their products and take over the market from PC. They do this with the 'fad' mentality, giving stars free products so they are seen with them and it is termed 'cool'.

Just remember that there are plenty of other products out there that do what Apples products do and most times do it better or with easier customization to the end users needs. Hell, I know a ton of mp3 players that have a radio.....

I usually just use the Dual screen'd Dell's though. They actually have GOOD video editting software *cough cough* Sony Vegas *cough cough*

Might want to avoid mentioning illegal acquisition methods... There's also the huge fact that limewire sucks up resources and provides easy access for hackers and people who want to bust you illegally DLing songs. Let me put it this way: 40 songs over limewire will cost you at least $3000 in settlements.

hahahhaa, Mac suck? You'll dis-agree when thats the only platform you can run certain applications on. Mac's serve a good purpose in the computer world. Ha! I'm interested to see you pwn us all with how MACs are better than a PC. Everything is relative and depends the specific machine you are talking about. You can do anything on a MAC that you can do on a PC and vice versa given the right programs and people who know what they are doing.

The loading beach ball of doom is just as bad as the BSOD, and it's funny how some people try to make that comparision as to why one is better than the other when they both have their problems.
