Last September or October me and two real good friends go to a Best Buy really bored I suggested going there since the electronics are there. Anyways I go take to use the restroom. I come back to go hang out with my friends I look at Video cards and a Best Buy worker comes up and asks If theres anything he can do for me I say no, I'm my buddies again. Go to TV section sit down for a bit. Next thing I know the Manager comes up to one of my buddies and says " Can I have my disk back?" I'm like WTF?!?!?!

My buddy tried to steal a game got caught. I had to talk to the cops and stuff call the parents. The manager pressed charges on my friend. He had to pay like $80 and 16+ hours of community service. Hes finally finishing his community service this month...He got more hours for bad grades and detentions.

When in fact, whenever they have an emergency or are in trouble, who do they call? Oh ya, the cops become your best friend then. Or the next time you have a flat tire on the highway and a cop pulls over to assist you. This world wouldn't know what to do if there were no cops. I'm studying to be a cop, and this shit just down right makes me mad. Police officers do SO much for society its unbelievable. Did you know, Law Enforcement has the highest violent incidents per workers.. Then it's Corrections Officers, then Taxi Cab drivers, then Bartenders, then Mental Health Custodians, and then last but not least.. All other workers.

Give me a fucking break.

Correctional officers are apart of the law enforcement. In california The CDC is as much as law enforcement as the CHP.

Well in my Corrections in America textbook for my class, they are different. Law Enforcement are the officers out on the street arresting the bad guys... Correctional Officers are the Officers in the prisons and jails, two totally different jobs.

Then I shot my firend with the gun just to prove it wasn't real. Soooooo they go up talks to my friends parents after takeing the zip tie shit off and apologize.

Turns out the girls had just moved in a few streets over and ran home to there mom and there mom called the cops. Was a fun experience.

pretty much the same thing happened to me...

Me and my cousin go airsofting in the park, out in the soccer field and near tall grass, where nobody was. We dressed to cover our faces, (so we wouldn't get severly injured) wearing hoods, tukes and ski goggles...now you have two tanned teenagers wearing hoods and masks with AK-47 replica airsoft rifles right beside a park full of parents and little kids. So after 5 minutes of fun, we have 4 cop cars pulled up across the soccer field, fucking up the grass and everything

took us about half an hour to convince them not to talk to our parents

Generally people who say fuck police, are the one's who can't do what they want when they want. "Damn pigs, I can't even smoke pot in front of this elementary school, fucking pigs!"

I will say this though, as much honor as a lot of police officers have, a lot of them abuse their power frequently. It's not cool that just because the police officer hasnt been laid in 3 months by his wife, I have to get pulled over for going 46 in a 45 and pay a 200 dollar fine because he's pissed, so he pulls everyone over....ying and yang I guess.

I will agree, some people are abusive. But it's a VERY small percentage. That's why there is an IA (internal affairs) within police stations. If I was you, I would take that ticket to court and fight it. Chances are the judge will probably throw it out.

oh you would be shocked if you live in New Orleans, the corrupt cop to good cop percentage is about 50/50 down here in the dirty south.

I've only had one incident, ever.

I was walking down the street[ in Greenville, SC] with a gray hoodie and jeans on. I randomly decide to talk to a guy wearing a t-shirt that says 'Italy' on it. We talk about the weather and we shake hands then walk away. I turn the corner and get tazed by an officer. It hurt like hell and they thought I had drugs and a gun-loaded. I was searched and the Italy shirt guy was arrested for selling drugs- he sold them to somebody IDK. They were expecting a gray hooded man-expected to be holding a concealed weapon or something- to buy drugs from him but all they found was me.

It turns out that I had my wallet and car keys, no drugs- no weapons. Innocence reigns.

If I had got tazed I would have sued. Shit. Unless you made some awkward looks like your going to pull a gun out move, they shouldn't have done it.
