The guys just wants to cancel his AOL acct. Takes him over 5 mins to do it. He gets to the point with the AOL Retention Rep where he starts swearing at the guy and the AOL rep bascially tells him if he doesnt listen to while he reads this oh so important paragraph that he will start the whole process over. On top of this the guys says he hasnt used the acct for a month or something when the guy at AOL keeps argueing and saying well someone was on for 72 hrs or something in the month he was calling to cancel. OMG AOL. You Suck.
