Yesterday was funny after like 20 hours of the PC controls the xbox controller felt soo foreign I was so off haha.

PC controls don't take too long to get used to though, and doesn't make much of a difference.

Define "too long." I've heard it can take up to 2-3 months for a fully proficient adaptation from controller to keyboard & mouse.

I would say, just to get used to them, an hour or two. Eventually you just sink it to the game as a whole and it becomes second nature for a while. To get fully to grips with them it will probably take around 10 hours I reckon.

It has nothing to do with age. Yes, I know you were using dry sarcasm. I think the point was not that one can learn to adapt to PC controls, but how your muscles have to be re-trained from one platform to another and how well the adaptation works.

Its NOT that much easier to aim. It can be more precise at certain things.

But alot of the stuff you can do to configure the damn game/mouse just makes it easier to not only aim but play the whole game.

If players could control the lag(lerp bullshit), change the size of their aimr, and make all the auras flash like a bowl of fruity pebbles on XBOX. Well, the game would be 100 times easier.

Being able to 'make' yourself better with PC/ mouse configurations can be really annoying if everyone does it. And is probably why xbox can be more fun. Less annoying shit and people to deal with.

Also, mouse/keyboard a can cause some serious hand cramping, carpal tunnel issues.

Comfort is what controllers and are really all about. I'd take a controller any day even on PC. A little bit less precise but a whooooole lot better feeling.

That's really funny since I've found myself having to bite my tongue more and more often when dealing with console kiddies as they are FAR more often annoying little assholes.

Better make sure you get yourself a non-office job when you grow up. Because most people deal with computers, keyboards, and mice more often at work than they ever will gaming. Because you wouldn't want to carpal your tunnels and cramp your digits...
