Strangely the one I enjoyed the most (I am going to get shit on soooo much for this) was 2 years ago when I surprised my wife by taking her to Kenny G. She had no idea who we were going to see all the way until we sat in our front row seats. That was part of the enjoyment because she was so happy. I wasn't overly excited to see him at all, but he had a real personable show (The place only held a few hundred.) and talked to the audience. I do think we were the youngest people there.
I know that in a thread with Slipknot and Van Halen this seems pretty gay, but they wouldn't have wooed my wife the same way.

Hard to pick just one... So here's my top 5...
My first 'arena' show was Van Halen in October of 1991. It was the For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge tour at the Philadelphia Spectrum.
Front row tickets to Rush at the Spectrum for the Counterparts tour in 1994.
Seeing Rush in Toronto on the last night of the Counterparts tour.
Seeing Rush 5 times in 10 days on the Counterparts tour (Philly twice, Albany, Rochester, & Toronto).
Seeing all 3 shows Pink Floyd performed at Veteran's Stadium on the Division Bell tour in 1994.
1994 was an absolutely amazing year for concerts. In the span of 2 months, I saw Rush 5 times and Pink Floyd 4 times. (Philly 3 times and San Antonio once)

Leahy about 4 or 5 years back when they played at Interlochen
or maybe
Barely Blind at a private concert they did for my radio station
or the PESH Chamber Orchestra performing Vivaldi's Allegro from Spring of the Four Seasons my sophomore year. It's one of the few times my jaw actually dropped for anything. That year the PESH Chamber Orchestra was named the best high school orchestra for the 4th consecutive time and the best high school orchestra in the nation for the first time. My senior year, they set an all time record for consecutive "championships" in the state of Texas winning the top award for orchestras for the 5th consecutive time and were named the best high school orchestra in the nation again. Good memories.
enf-Jesus its been like 12 minutes and you're already worried about stats?! :-P

Re: Your favorite Concert/Live show!
Hmm...ok, I've got a tie for two:
1. Jason Boland & The Stragglers @ Texas Uprising......the previous year, we threw a party when The Stragglers were in town and Noah the fiddler came back to the party with one of my buddies who had known him prior. Then, when Texas Uprising came around, I saw Noah and he brought me backstage where I hung out with the band and got to meet a few people from other bands (Cody Canada from Cross Canadian Ragweed, Robert Earle Keen...). Not to mention, I drank shiner bock for free from noon till the end of the concert....
2. Spoonfed Tribe - BEST LIVE ACT I have ever seen, period. Saw them at a local venue (Dr. Rockit's blues bar) and they rocked the house like crazy. I have seen them perform 4 times since and everytime the concert is just as good. These guys stage performance and the reaction the crowd gives them is...nuts. The whole crowd almost goes into a primal trance when they play. I tried listening to their music through myspace, but it just doesn't give the same effect.
Here are some upcoming shows of theirs, I HIGHLY recommend checking them out.

Re: Your favorite Concert/Live show!
Tough enough to get my list to five, much less one.
1.Pink Floyd-Division Bell Tour.....You don't "watch" Floyd,you experience them....
2.Black Sabbath-1992 Dio lineup...It was Halloween night at a small venue in Minneapolis. We had 10th row seats, you could tell the band was having a good time.It was Halloween and people were throwing parts of their costumes on stage. At one point the whole band was wearing glowing devil horns.
3.Deep Purple-Perfect Strangers Tour....Streight up unbeliveable musicianship.Between Jon Lords keyboard solo and Ian Gillens vocal solo,I've never seen anything like it.
4.Clash of the Titans Tour-Slayer,Anthrax,Megadeth with Alice in Chains as the opening act.All outdoors, general admission.Complete mayhem.....
5.Billy Joel/Elton John-Again unbeliveable musicianship...Just such a rare thing to have two mega stars tour and play together.

Acoustic design can actually be pretty tough, but I think it says something about Pink Floyd when they play in a bad venue but are still loved.

When you're dealing with stadium shows... acoustics are almost never good. I forgot to mention another awesome show I saw (probably should be in the top 5). I saw Rush at Radio City Music Hall on the R30 tour. Absolutely amazing show and the acoustics were PERFECT in that venue. Not surprising since it was designed for musical performances.
One place I really want to see a concert someday (soon) is Red Rocks.
