Great plan, disobey your parents. That shows them you are trustworthy enough to handle the responsibility of a mature game, or anything else that requires maturity for that matter.

JBM, I require all those things out of my kids. I am very strict with what they watch and hear. I preview movies to see if it is something they should see and they say yes/no sir and yes/no mam if questioned seriously. I do not beat my kids but a good wack on the ass does them good from time to time. I do not require them to talk to us as sir or mam, they call us mommy and daddy but they know when to be respectful.

I know your rebellious Frag, when I was younger than you all the way until I was on my own. I now respect my parents more than I ever have and I remember that family is first and most importantly nothing can replace family. If my kids want to call social services, I say have at it. If they think they will be better off then go for it. I will cry and miss them dearly but I guarantee my roof is better than what they will find elsewhere.

Just my two cents.

i tip my hat to you trail. I am still not blessed with a family, though I am finishing up school. But while I was in HS and the beginning of College. Dear my. All those kids. they'd throw a kegger when mom and dad were not home and they'd leave the mess for their parents to clean up! I mean really.

Or my favorite is this, the other day I was working(retail for the summer) and this 17ish year old girl is shouting at her mom in the store saying her party is going to suck because of her(the mom)! I almost said well who is paying for you damn birthday party? I am willing to bet sure as hell you aint.

Given that my antics with video game smuggling (including a PS2, xbox, and about 30 games) makes Frag look like a child, but if you've got good parents, don't lose their trust. If your parents are crap and that's not just some teen angst thing, then I personally have no problem with it.

Does AP mean you get college credit? It does in our highschool, congratulations.

I'll enjoy wiping the floor with you and Spike.

Make sure to study hard, physics can be a real bitch if you don't pay attention, and thats probably where your headed next.
