Re: Postal 9/11
Of course not... But did your mother die in the fireball, chances are.. No.
It's not funny, you're right. But common... You chuckled a bit. It's one of those things that are fucked up but funny at the same time.
Kind of like a down syndrome kid (I can talk about this because I take care of down syndrome kids, i love them). The disease they have isn't funny, but some of the little things they do are.. kind of like this movie. I dunno if that made sense, but i tried.

Re: Postal 9/11
To clarify, I do not play into the whole 'that's offensive' business. I don't care who gets 'offended' about anything, toughen up.
I didn't lose anyone on 9-11, but I work at the Pentagon and every morning walk past a montage quilt with the faces of everyone who died that day. I work with people who lost relatives that day and they are still depressed. Their lives will never be the same. The shit isn't some distant memory. I choose not to move past it. I go on with my life, but the phrase never forget was and is real to me.
I don't find this shit funny. I don't hate you if you do. I am reminding you that if you had to be put on forensic hold so they didn't call your house every time they found a new piece of your sibling, you wouldn't ever think this is remotely cute.

Re: Postal 9/11
I guess...but something so tragic to an entire country I think, falls outside the boundaries of common decency.
Uwe Boll is a piece of crap as far as film makers go...he has made a number of REALLY bad quality movies based on video games and this looks to be another in that list.
Dark humor is dark and yes, the situation of a couple of terrorists discussing their "benefits package" has the potential to be funny...but make it something more anonymous, like a cafe bombing or something...dont portray a digital image of a window washer on the side of THE ACTUAL WORLD TRADE CENTER on 9/11/01 and chalk it up as "dark comedy".
Like I said, some things should just be off limits...thats the way I see it, not sayin I'm right...just my opinion.
