Crysis Boss Footage

I realize that not everyone can run Crysis. I recorded some boss footage....i couldnt record every last second of the battle....i left a lot out. I just want people to see how fuggin intense and beautiful this game is. I beat it in a couple days and I will say this.....BEST FPS SINGLE PLAYER since Half Life 1. Probably, best FPS single player EVER.

P.S. Watch for when a transition where it says, "This part's kewl..." once the thing crashes right next to me, notice the blood spatter on my lens from the the thing clipping me.....SICK.

lol i thought the same thing....my favorite part is the very end when big boyu explodes in the water and creats some sort of votrex and sucks that bitch right out the plane!!!! whyd i have to grab her and let her in??

From what I played it seems like a real fun game. I would gotten through it, but for some reason rocks and plants dissapear. Which sucks cause I'll be shooting at someone for 2 whole clips before I find out I'm shooting a rock that I can't see.

You'd think some giant super-alien thing would be impervious to small-arms fire.

Looked kinda fun, but also kinda boring. I guess it's more fun playing than watching, though. Thought it took way, way too long.

As for best FPS... I seriously doubt it. Maybe for pure action and engine, but I doubt Crysis is going to win awards for story when you have giants like BioShock and the Half-Life 2 series running around out there.

Small arms don't work on that thing, that was the gauss gun, wich you only get for like the last hour of the game.

Man, I was thinking about building a new box for CS:S to get my FPS up....this just makes it easier to drop the cash..

I love SP games where the voices talking to you say stuff like "Hurry, come on!" but there is no real consequence to NOT hurrying.

Like, "Its about to blow! MOVE IT!!" then you wander around the map for 10 minutes and then "move it" when you feel like it and nothing bad happens except the NPCs say "That was close, nice work!"

? I have seen that part before my buddy was fighting that boss last fall when I was visiting his room at school. but that game is certainly sweet. I played it a bit there and it is sweet shooting off tires and seeing the cars go head over heels.
