I went to sick call on Friday morning. The coreman there gave me some cream and anti-histamine. They are pretty much gone now.

Would it be possible to change the common infected so instead of running at you, they always walk, i use console commands alot and feel bout 200 common infected walking towards me in a dead end, would just be awsome, and alot more survivable, than having 200 common infected running at me, i know you can change their speed with the console, but it looks dumb with them going walking pace, with run animations... anyone know if it would be possible?

they don't do much walking in game. They are pretty much stationary until they horde up and run. I'm thinking this probably isn't easily doable. Would require creating a new animation and adding it to the game (which I don't know if that's possible) before you could force it.

Really? ive seen em walkin bout i game, just they move, pretty dam slowly lol, but even that would be the kinda thing im lookin for, i dont see how there would need to be whole new animation, tho i do see how it could be a pain in the ass to do, but then im not a mod designer.
Was thinking more if there was a way to just make em walk at ya, like, same speed as when they are wandering, same animations as when they wander.

Well that might be possible I guess. I just figured that was too slow. I mean. That's REALLY slow.

But as for how to do that... I'm not a mod designer either. I'm a programmer so I have some understanding of what goes on behind it, but as for the specifics of THIS type of implementation... Not so much.
